Install the Temp Mail Ace PWA: What Works Offline?

On this page

Install the temporary-email web app from a supporting browser. Understand the offline screen, online mail access and why installation is not a mailbox backup.

A Progressive Web App can make Temp Mail Ace easier to open from your device. Installation uses your browser’s supported interface; availability varies by browser and operating system. The installed app is still connected to the same service and its access rules.

Install from a supporting browser

Open Temp Mail Ace in a browser that offers installation or Add to Home Screen. Use that browser’s menu or installation prompt. Then launch the app and verify that it opens the expected site. Do not install an unrelated download claiming to provide extra mailbox access.

Mail access still needs the service

The PWA provides an offline fallback rather than a full offline copy of private inboxes. Receiving new mail, checking authorization and loading current mailbox content require network access. Installing the app does not extend a Free timer, preserve expired messages or bypass an account sign-in.

Keep normal security habits

Protect your device and registered account email. Notification permission is a separate browser choice; an installed icon does not prove notifications are allowed. When using a shared device, remember that local browser state and saved sessions can remain accessible according to that device’s setup.

Are messages permanently saved by installing the PWA?

No. Installation does not replace server retention or create a private offline backup.

Will every browser show the same install button?

No. Use the installation controls offered by your browser and operating system.
