Premium Email Domains: Choose a Pro Domain with Personal Access

Learn how premium email domains work in Pro and Pro Plus, why free options show a Pro lock, and how domain choice differs from mailbox privacy.

Premium email domains are the subscriber-domain choices available to an eligible Pro or Pro Plus account. In Temp Mail Ace, both tiers use the same Pro pool for new addresses. The domain is the part after the @ sign; the address and the account authorization determine the mailbox you can use.

If a free workspace shows a domain with a Pro lock, it is displaying an available premium option, not permission to create a free address on it. Review the premium temporary email guide before choosing a plan for that domain.

What the Pro lock means

The free flow can create addresses on eligible public domains. Subscriber-only choices can appear in the picker with a Pro badge so their availability is clear. Activating an appropriate account tier is required before creating a new address on those premium domains.

An address already in use keeps its own plan and expiry rules. A domain moving between public and subscriber inventory changes the pool for new creation; it does not itself turn an existing free inbox into Plus or erase a current customer's account ownership.

Choose a domain for a new address

Sign in to an activated account, open its Pro workspace or Pro Plus workspace, and use the domain control or new-inbox dialog. Select an available domain and review the complete address before giving it to a sender. Keep the number of active inboxes within your plan capacity.

Changing the chosen domain creates or selects a different address. It does not move mail sent to your previous address. For several ongoing tasks, label or distinguish the local parts and check the complete recipient before requesting a message. The multiple-inbox guide helps prevent that mix-up.

A shared domain does not make mail public

Many customers can have different addresses ending in the same domain. Their account sessions still authorize only their own inboxes. Knowing the domain or another customer's address is not a way to read, delete or restore that customer's mail.

Pro Plus features apply to eligible inboxes in your own account even when their domain is also used by Pro. For saved mail and restoration, check the personal inbox guide, not just the text after @.

Availability and delivery are different

A visible domain must be available for creation and have working reception to receive mail. A website may still reject temporary addresses under its own rules, and an accepted form does not prove that its verification email was delivered. Premium access does not guarantee acceptance or inbox delivery from every service.

If mail is missing, confirm the exact address, current subscription and selected inbox. Follow the verification-message checklist. Repeatedly switching domains can make diagnosis harder by sending subsequent messages to different addresses.

Quick answers

Does Pro Plus include its own different domain pool?

New Plus inboxes use the same shared Pro domains; Plus adds account features such as longer saved-mail access and recovery.

Am I buying exclusive ownership of the domain?

No. The current Pro and Plus flow provides subscriber-domain addresses and personal inbox access, not exclusive ownership of a custom domain.

Can I use a locked domain without an active plan?

The lock indicates that new-address creation requires the appropriate activated account tier. Showing the choice does not grant access.
