Reset Your Account Password with the Email Recovery Flow

On this page

Use the account’s supported password-reset flow, protect one-time recovery codes and understand why a mailbox verification code cannot reset your platform account.

Account password recovery uses the lasting email registered to your Temp Mail Ace account. It does not use a code from an unrelated temporary mailbox. Start from the application’s password-reset controls and keep all recovery material private.

Request and use the current recovery message

Enter the registered address in the supported reset flow. Check the correct lasting inbox and its Junk folder. Use the newest applicable message and follow the displayed expiry and attempt limits. A later recovery request can invalidate earlier material, so avoid mixing codes from several attempts.

Complete the reset in the application

The recovery code authorizes only the intended reset steps and has a limited lifetime. Finish setting the new password through the provided form, then sign in again as instructed. Do not copy a reset code, grant or session value into chat, shared notes or an issue report.

Keep recovery separate from receiving mail

A code detected in a temporary inbox may belong to another website. Quick-copy tools do not identify it as your Temp Mail Ace recovery credential. If you lose access to your account email, use the official support route with non-sensitive account details rather than trying to take over a similarly named temporary box.

Can support ask for my reset code or password?

Do not disclose either. Provide the time and non-sensitive error description instead.

Does refreshing the form extend a recovery code?

No. Follow the expiry and resend behavior shown by the actual recovery flow.
