- Providers and their roles
- We use Hetzner Cloud (Germany) for hosting, Resend for email notifications, and third-party email providers to process incoming temporary emails. Attachments use the application’s server-side storage.
- Processing locations
- Providers may process data outside Egypt. A provider’s name does not establish the deployed data-center location; ask for processing-region details when needed.
- Retention outside the application
- Messages are retained according to the periods shown in the service. Limited copies may remain in backups, operational logs, or upstream mail providers after deletion from the website.
