Archive Email Messages in Pro Plus Without Losing Their Context

Organize Pro Plus mail with Archive, Inbox and Trash. Learn how to archive or return a message, search loaded mail and keep track of storage.

Archiving email messages lets you separate completed mail from messages that still need attention. In Temp Mail Ace Pro Plus, Archive is a folder in the same personal inbox, alongside Inbox and Trash. It keeps the original message associated with its address while reducing clutter in the incoming list.

Archive is an organizational choice, not a new storage plan or a lifetime backup. Archived Plus messages follow the account's subscription-based retention and quota. Review saved-message retention if you need to know how long the content remains available.

Archive a message you have finished reading

Sign in to your activated Plus account and choose the original inbox. Open the message, check the subject and sender, then select Archive. The message leaves Inbox and can be found by opening the Archive folder for that same address.

For a delivery test, this can keep the activation email and its attachment available without leaving a completed task in the main list. Archiving the message does not change where later mail to that address arrives: new incoming mail remains in Inbox while reception is active.

Return an archived message to Inbox

Choose Archive, open the intended message and use the action that returns it to Inbox. Confirm the move by checking Inbox afterward. If you cannot find the message, verify both the selected address and the current folder before changing accounts or creating another inbox.

If you deleted it after archiving, it will be in that inbox's recoverable Trash rather than Archive. Follow the deleted-message recovery steps to restore it. If you deleted the address too, restore the address through History before working with its folders.

Archive, Trash and History serve different purposes

  • Inbox is for incoming mail you still want in the main list.
  • Archive is for mail you deliberately keep but move out of that list.
  • Trash is for deleted Plus mail that remains recoverable while eligible.
  • History helps find and reopen addresses; it is not another message folder.

Use cloud History to locate an older address, then use its message folders to organize its content. A tidy incoming list is easier to maintain when completed tasks move to Archive instead of every message remaining in Inbox.

Inspect archived mail through History

Open History above Inbox, locate the address and choose Details. Select Archive in its detail panel to inspect archived messages for that address. Opening a message returns you to the normal safe viewer. Use Load more when another page is available; the address search does not perform a full-text search of message bodies.

Compare subjects, senders and received times when messages look similar. A retained verification email still contains the sender's original link and code, but those can expire independently of archive storage.

Keep storage and expiry visible

Moving mail to Archive or returning it to Inbox does not change its stored size. Attachments still count toward quota, as do recoverable deleted messages. An archive cannot make room for new mail by merely hiding existing content.

Renew eligible Plus access before the configured retention deadline if you need to continue reading archived mail. During read-only grace after expiry, viewing retained mail is different from moving messages or resuming reception. The renewal guide explains the account checks.

Quick answers

Does Archive delete a message?

No. It changes the message's folder while retained access remains eligible.

Does an archived activation link stay valid forever?

No. The sender controls its validity independently of message storage.

Can I send or forward archived mail from this workspace?

The current service is receive-only and does not provide sending or automatic forwarding.
